I have performed a wide range of analyses using ANSYS. I have written multiple reports to share results. The analyses I performed are a harmonic, modal, random vibration, structural, and typology optimization analyses.
Structural Analysis
With ANSYS, I created 3D structures, set material properties, applied loads, displacements and fixed supports to accurately analyze loads on structures such as a beam. After adding these features, I found values such as the factor of safety, von mises stresses, total deformation, & max displacement. While performing these analyses I also refined my mesh for more accurate results which I compared to hand calculations.
Modal Analysis
For this analysis, I made a beam with displacements on both ends. One end was fixed in all directions, the other had displacements in the X and Z directions on the other side. I used a modal analysis to compare hand calculated natural frequencies with ANSYS finite element values for 4 modes.

Harmonic Analysis
I performed a harmonic analysis from 0.1 to 500 Hz by applying a body load of 1g with 1% damping. Once again I performed hand calculations and compared them to the results from ANSYS.

Typology Optimization
After creating a rectangle with holes in it, I applied the appropriate loads and supports in ANSYS. After that I performed a typology optimization.
