June 2021 - Present

  • Manage all quality aspects of the Thermal, Laminated and Metal Business Units as the quality team lead, supporting customers globally within the automotive, aerospace and defense industries. 

  • Lead and supported AS9100 Internal Audits and in person customer audits, which included plant tours, review of contracts, quality notes, quote exceptions and key product / process characteristics.

  • Used Quality tools to contain non-conforming material, determine root cause, implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence (RCCA)

  • Tracked key metrics such as COPQ, Scrap, Returns, and LISC, to maintain and improve upon high-quality standards.

  • Completed over 150 AS9102 FAI’s for Export Controlled / ITAR Restricted Parts, totaling over 500K in sales.

  • Experienced with customer & government source inspections.

  • Participated in Material Review Board & Failure Review Board, by reviewing, evaluating and determining the correct disposition of non-conforming materials.
